We purchased a section in Marsden Cove and began looking for a builder. We had a meeting with this young man that we thought couldn’t possibly be old enough to own and project manage his own building company, however he was. We asked him all the hard questions as you do… He answered everything very well, so we decided to build with his company “Marsden Homes”. Doug had an idea for the design and David took care of everything from start to finish.

David is a builder who listens to what you want, your needs and those extras you want towards the end of the build like a very large deck (thank you). He has the WOW factor, and we are NOT kidding.
