Preliminary Agreement
(16-18 Weeks)

With your Concept Design finalised, we move forward with our Preliminary Agreement, laying the groundwork for a smooth construction process.

  • Site Investigations & Reports: We conduct geotechnical investigations and arrange structural engineering to ensure your site is safe, stable, and suitable for construction.
  • Detailed Construction Drawings: We prepare comprehensive construction drawings to engage specialist contractors.
  • Interior & Cabinetry Design: Meet with our Interior Designer to finalise selections and receive complete kitchen, laundry, and wardrobe designs with 3D renders.
  • Building Consent Lodgement: We handle the entire building consent process, ensuring all documentation is ready for council submission.
  • Job Schedule & Client Portal Access: We create a detailed job schedule and provide 24hr access to your client portal, keeping you informed at every stage.

Guarantee: At the completion of this stage, you will receive a Guaranteed Fixed-Price Building Contract and full working drawings, ready to submit for Building Consent.

Fixed-Price Building Contract & Consent
(6-8 Weeks)

Once the Preliminary Agreement is complete, we move to the Fixed-Price Building Contract stage.

  • Final Walk-Through & Handover: We conduct a final walk-through to ensure every detail is perfect before handing over the keys to your new home, guaranteeing a defect free handover.

5-Star Aftercare Service: We take care of any accidental mishaps during your move-in and conduct check-ins after the first month and the first year to ensure everything is in top condition. Your maintenance documents are stored in your client maintenance portal, with text and email reminders to help you stay on top of tasks.
