Determining the cost per square meter involves several variables that can significantly impact the final price. Factors such as site conditions, slope, existing services, and the type of ground all play a crucial role in estimating construction costs accurately. We understand the desire for a straightforward figure, providing a precise cost per square meter without considering these variables wouldn't accurately reflect the scope of your project. What we recommend is a site visit where we can thoroughly assess all these factors firsthand.
