We are a family-operated business led by David and Ashley, alongside Ashley's Mum, Ange. 

At the core of our team are David and Ashley. David, a seasoned Project Manager, and Ashley, who leads our Marketing efforts. David's roots are deeply embedded in One Tree Point, where he has honed his craft for over 15 years, primarily in Auckland, specialising in high-end home construction. It was during this time that he founded his own building company, where fate brought him together with Ashley.

Following a visit to David's hometown in 2017, they made the decision to return permanently. Today, David and Ashley reside in the idyllic lifestyle of the winterless North, raising their two sons, Jaden and Ari, and cherishing the beauty of their surroundings. 

Ange joined Marsden Homes in 2019, taking on the role of our Office Administrator. Family is central to her life, as she and her husband Gary, with over 35 years of marriage, shared the joys of raising three daughters and now doting on two grandsons. Relocating from Auckland to Northland in 2017 was a significant decision for Ange and Gary, one they've embraced wholeheartedly. While the construction industry was initially uncharted territory for her, Ange has eagerly embraced the learning curve. With a background rich in Administration, Banking, and Customer Service, her passion for connecting with people resonates deeply with clients of all ages. Working alongside David and Ashley, Ange's expertise & passion in administrative tasks and financial management adds invaluable strength to the team.
